A mother and daughter, directors of The Powder Puff Ltd, Sutton Cross, Dublin, have been ordered to divulge property owned by the company or debts owed to it which might satisfy an Pounds 11,375 court judgment against the firm.

The order was granted by Judge Esmonde Smyth in Dublin Circuit Civil Court against Ms Elizabeth Blake, of Clongell House, Wilkinstown, Navan, Co Meath, and her daughter, Ms Mabel Blake O Briain, of Shandon, Carrickbrack Road, Sutton, Co Dublin.

Mr Niall Beirne, counsel for Ms Georgina Campbell, said his client had been awarded damages for personal injuries against The Powder Puff Ltd and had been informed the company had ceased trading.
