A woman told a Belfast murder trial of a laughing killer called 'Stephen' who kicked his victim about 'like a rag doll'. She was giving evidence at the Crown Court trial of Mr Stephen Henry McParland (29), of Isoline Street, Belfast, who denies murdering Mr Gary Alexander McKimm (34). He was kicked and beaten to death in an east Belfast alleyway on January 31st last year.
