Woman tells court of gas threat

A woman who claims her 41-year-old husband subjected her to a decade of rape and physical abuse claimed yesterday that he threatened to gas their baby daughter if she ever left him. The 31-year-old woman made the claim while being cross-examined by Mr Andrew Donaldson QC, defending, on the second day of the Downpatrick Crown Court trial of her salesman husband. The trial continues today.
