The body of a woman has been found in a Limerick city hotel room.
Cleaning staff discovered the body at around noon today.
It is understood the body was found in a bath.
The scene has been sealed off pending a forensic examination by the Garda Technical Bureau.
The State Pathologist's office has been informed.
Gardaí have not released any further details.
