A woman pedestrian has been knocked down and killed by a car in Co Derry.
She and a man were walking along the main road between Toomebridge and Castledawson, at about 11 p.m. last night, when they were hit by a car.
The man was seriously injured. The Police Service of Northern Ireland has appealed for witnesses.
