A woman (79) was killed in a hit-and-run collision in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, yesterday evening.
The woman was walking at Killeager, the Scalp, shortly after 5pm when she was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop.
Gardaí later arrested a man (33).
