A Dublin woman who died in a head-on collision between two cars on the Cork-Dublin road on Monday has been named as Ms Frances O'Keefe of Hazelbrook Court, Terenure. Ms O'Keefe (22) was driving towards Cork with her husband when they collided with a car containing a Canadian couple just outside Fermoy.
