A jury in the High Court in Dublin ruled yesterday that a 90-year-old Irishwoman who has Alzheimer's and is in a nursing home in South Africa is of unsound mind and incapable of managing her affairs.

After an absence of just a few minutes, the jury found that Ms Mildred Russell, originally from Dundalk and now in a nursing home in Durban, was of unsound mind and incapable of managing her own affairs.
