A WOMAN held under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act in connection with the murder of a publican, Mr Tom Nevin, was released with out charge shortly after 8 o'clock yesterday evening.

The woman, in her 40s, was arrested in the Arklow area and held in Enniscorthy Garda station for 48 hours.

A file is being sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Two men who were arrested in the Dublin area on Sunday morning are still being held for questioning at Enniscorthy Garda station. The men, who are both in their 40s, can be held until 7 a.m. today.
