A woman in her early 60s was arrested in the Galway area yesterday in connection with the ongoing Garda inquiry into the murder of Oughterard schoolteacher and publican John Kenny.
She is being detained at Galway’s Mill Street station under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
Five others, including a woman and four men, taken in for questioning earlier this week have been released without charge.
