A woman remained in custody last night following the discovery by gardai of a sawn-off shotgun and a small quantity of cannabis in a house in the Kilmainham area of Dublin on Saturday night.
Gardai acting on a tip-off raided the house at Maxwell Street at about 11 p.m. and arrested five people - two women and three men - under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act. The four other people were later released.
