A woman accused of murdering a retired taxi driver in Dublin just over two years ago, is to go on trial at the Central Criminal Court today. Claire Nolan (23), Corduff, Dublin, has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Michael Duffy (67), at Well View Grove in Blanchardstown on January 26th, 2008. He died after he was hit by a car.
