A woman claiming damages against Dublin Corporation for a fall has dropped her action in the Dublin Circuit Civil Court after her legal team withdrew from the case.
Ms Isobel Barry, of Markievicz House, Townsend Street, Dublin, had claimed she suffered a head injury after tripping on rubble at Andrews Court on May 5th 1987.
