A woman in her 40s was killed in a two car collision near Dundalk, Co Louth, yesterday. The accident occurred at about 8.30 p.m. on the Carrickmacross Road, five miles west of the town. Two other people injured in the crash were taken to Louth County Hospital where they were last night described as comfortable.
