A 25-year-old woman has died in a car crash in Co Kerry.
She was killed when her car crashed into a ditch at about 2.45am in Gortroe, Fossa, on the Killarney to Killorglin road.
The victim, who was driving alone, has been named by the Garda this evening as Paula O Shea from Beaufort, Killarney.
So far this year, 196 people have died on the State's roads, compared to 169 during the same period last year.
