An 86-year-old woman who was knocked down by a car in Clare Street, Limerick, at the weekend, has died in Limerick Regional Hospital. Ms Elizabeth Hennessy, who lived alone at St Patrick's Court, Garryowen, had just left Mass at St Patrick's Church, on the Dublin Road, at 8.15 p.m. when the accident occurred.
