One woman has died and a man is seriously injured following a road traffic collision in Co Limerick this morning.
The crash happened on the N24 Limerick to Tipperary road near the village of Pallasgreen at approximately 7am.
The woman died at the scene and a man who was also travelling in the car was taken to the Mid-Western Regional Hospital in Limerick.
The collision was a single-vehicle incident and there were no other injuries.
