Gardaí in Co Cork are appealing for witnesses to a crash in Dunmanway that killed a man.
The man died when his motorcycle hit a ditch at Ballyhallwick, Dunmanway, on the main Cork to Bantry Road at about 4.30pm yesterday.
The victim has not yet been identified, and gardaí are not in a position to estimate his age, a Garda spokeswoman said.
Gardaí have asked motorists who were in the area between 4.15pm and 4.30pm to contact Clonakilty Garda Station on 023 21570.
