Gardai are seeking witnesses to an accident, involving a cyclist and a lorry, which happened at Grand Parade, Ranelagh, Dublin, at 10.45 a.m. last Wednesday. The cyclist - Mr Shaohong Huang (29), a Chinese national who lived at Galtymore Road, Drimnagh, Dublin - was dead on admission to the Meath Hospital.
