Gardai in Carlow have appealed for witnesses to a road traffic collision in which a 41 year-old man was killed near Carlow town on Friday evening
Micheal Dowling, previously of Kilcullen Co. Kildare and with a current address in Crosseen Co. Carlow, died in the crash on Friday evening.
The collision happened on on the N80 at Derrymoyle, approximately 3km from Carlow town.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who was travelling this road between 9.30pm and 10.45pm, on Friday, to contact them at Carlow on 059 9136620.
