Gardai in Clontarf are seeking information about serious assault which took place in Fairview last night.
The incident in which a 22-year-old man was seriously hurt, took place opposite the Marino Mart at approximately 3.30am.
He was taken to Beaumont Hospital where he is currently being treated for his injuries.
