PARIS - Wine consumption cuts the risk of Alzheimer's disease by up to three quarters, according to a new French study which says wine tippling is good for the over 65s in general. "These results show a reduction of 75 per cent in the frequency of Alzheimer's disease," said Mr Jean Marc Orgogozo, a neurologist and one of the authors of the study to be published in the Revue Neurelogique Francaise.
