London - Wine drinkers might be at a lower risk of contracting cancer than beer or spirit drinkers, it was disclosed yesterday. A substance found in grapes, called resveratrol, is thought to inhibit the progression of cancer, according to new research by the Copenhagen Centre for Prospective Studies.
