Wife who killed husband freed

OXFORD - Sara Thornton walked free from court yesterday after a retrial cleared her of murdering her violent husband. The judge, Mr Justice Scott Baker, sentenced her to five years' imprisonment on the basis that your responsibility for killing your husband was diminished by your abnormality of mind.
