South Dublin County Council has promised to have all 65,000 households in its area on the new Wheel-Bin system of refuse collection by the end of next June. In a statement yesterday, the council said that at present a third of the county is provided with the service, which is a joint venture between Wheel-Bin Services Ltd and the council.
