Shareholders of Waterford Wedgwood have approved the sale of wholly owned subsidiary All-Clad.
US-based premium cookware company All-Clad will be sold to Groupe SEB for about $250 million (€206 million).
The motion to sell All-Clad was passed at an extraordinary general meeting held in the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin.
