Water skier dies in Thailand

The body of an Irishman man who died while water-skiing near Bangkok has been formally identified

The body of an Irishman man who died while water-skiing near Bangkok has been formally identified. Mr Ronald Nolan (34), a father of two from the Tullow Road area of Carlow town, died on Easter Sunday morning in the Gulf of Thailand.

It is expected that Mr Nolan's remains will be flown home within the next few days. His wife, Patricia, is expecting the couple's third child.
