In the Dublin Circuit Civil Court yesterday, 39 Dublin householders agreed to judgments against them of £210 each for water charges for 1994, 1995 and 1996.
Mr John Doherty, counsel for South Dublin County Council, told acting Circuit Court president, Judge Diarmuid Sheridan, that the householders, mainly from Tallaght and Clondalkin, had also agreed to decrees for £85 each for measured minimal costs.
