Kampala - A Ugandan court has issued arrest warrants for six doomsday cult leaders charged with murdering 10 people on March 17th.

The victims are thought to be among several hundred bodies found at a burned-out church in Kanungu belonging to a cult called the Movement for the Restoration of the Ten Commandments of God.

Police have since found more than 900 bodies in the church or in mass graves at other sites used by the cult.

It is not known if any of the accused are still alive or if they perished along with their followers.
