MOSCOW - Russia's separatist region of Chechnya has issued an arrest warrant for the radical commander, Mr Salman Raduyev, after he took responsibility for two bomb attacks in southern Russia, Itar Tass news agency said yesterday.
"Measures are being taken to find and arrest Raduyev... I think we will soon put an end to declarations which discredit the Chechen government," Tass quoted an aide to President Aslan Maskhadov as saying.
