A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Northern Ireland man charged with possession of heroin who failed to appear at Drogheda District Court yesterday. Mr Yu Man Ling of Strand Road, Derry, was charged with possessing the drug at New Road, Ballsgrove, Drogheda, on April 30th.
