Sarajevo - A Bosnian Serb, Mr Mitar Vasiljevic, was arrested by NATO-led Stabilisation Force (Sfor) troops yesterday as a war crimes suspect, an Sfor spokesman said.

Mr Vasiljevic was suspected of "violation of the laws of customs of war and crimes against humanity" during attacks against Bosnian Muslims in Visegrad, 80 km east of Sarajevo, from 1992-1994, the spokesman, Mr Paul Hubbard, said.
