The Hague - The Hague-based international war crimes tribunal denied yesterday that it had any links with four Dutchmen arrested in Yugoslavia on suspicion of plotting to kidnap or murder Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic.
"We know nothing on that. It certainly came as a surprise to the prosecutor," said spokesman Mr Paul Risley.
