Jakarta - The Indonesian President Abdurrahman Wahid has removed former military chief Gen. Wiranto from the cabinet, changing his mind only hours after saying the general could keep his job.
Kompas daily reported Gen. Wahid saying he was removing Wiranto from his post as minister for political and security affairs.
