Dublin Corporation and the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland have launched an architectural competition to design a village centre for the Darndale-Belcamp area of North Dublin.

The centre will contain one of the regional headquarters of Dublin Corporation, healthcare facilities run by the Eastern Health Board and childcare facilities, community and enterprise centres as well as retail and training units. Artwork to the value of £20,000 will be commissioned.
