A Department of Agriculture vet charged with handling, stolen cattle health certificates was remanded in the Dublin District Court yesterday.
Mr Colm Fox (56) of Church Street, Skerries, north Co Dublin, is charged with handling the certificates at Monasterboice, Co Louth on January 10th last, with intent to commit a crime under the Larceny Act.
Mr Fox is to appear again on November 7th next.
