Veris this morning requested the suspension of its shares from the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and IEX market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
The company said the request was made pending an announcement over a previously announced strategic review "which may or may not result in a disposal of the company's operating business".
Veris said a further announcement would be made in due course.
