Veris buys services firm Orange

Property-services company Veris has acquired facilities-management company Orange.

Property-services company Veris has acquired facilities-management company Orange.

The deal is expected to cost the Irish company about £10.1 million in cash.

Orange, which last year generated nearly £1 million post-tax profits, provides integrated building and technical services, offering facilities management solutions.

It is expected that Orange will be integrated into Veris's facilities management division, Vector.
