Gardai in Dublin were last night looking for the driver of a blue Hiace van involved in a collision in which a motorcycle driver died.
The accident happened on the Malahide Road in Coolock village just before 1 p.m yesterday. The motorcyclist was travelling towards the city centre, according to gardai, and the van did not stop. It was later found abandoned in Brookwood Road, Artane.
