LIMA A Peruvian military court yesterday sentenced an American woman to life imprisonment for aiding Marxist guerrillas, her lawyer said.
Mr Grimaldo Achahui said Ms Lori Helene Berenson (26), from New York, was convicted on by a military judge for assisting Peru's pro Cuban Tupac Amaru Revolutionary Movement.
