London - A Tory MP, Ms Teresa Gorman, faces a month-long banishment from the House of Commons after the parliamentary standards watchdog found she failed to register business interests and fellow MPs accused her of "untruthfulness".
The Commons Standards and Privileges committee's recommendation to suspend the MP was prompted by the findings of an investigation carried out by the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner, Ms Elizabeth Filkin.
