United Drug has acquired UK-based medical distributor Endoscopy in a deal worth up to £7.4 million.
The company will pay an initial £6.1 million in cash and a further £1.3 million, providing agreed profit targets are met.
During the last year, United Drug has acquired three business in the United Kingdom, representing an investment of up to £30 million.
