Union highlights office bullying

London - One in five civil servants has been bullied at work and some have suffered such victimisation that they have sought a transfer to another post or taken time off sick, according to a survey carried out by a civil service trade union. Increasing pressure on managers despite staff shortages has been blamed for the amount of bullying.
