New York - Hundreds of thousands of infants are at risk of death in North Korea, which is on the brink of humanitarian disaster as starvation spreads across the country, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) warned yesterday.
"Hundreds of thousands of infants are significantly at risk of, not just malnutrition, but death," Ms Carol Bellamy, executive director of UNICEF, told reporters.
