BAGHDAD - Four UN experts arrived in Baghdad yesterday to inspect customs areas which will receive humanitarian goods under an oil for food deal with the United Nations.

In New York, a UN spokesman said more than 150 UN observers are to monitor the distribution of food and medication obtained by Iraq under the deal.
