Ukraine's Supreme Court today rejected an appeal by former Prime Minister Mr Viktor Yanukovich to order the election commission to re-examine complaints against last month's presidential election.
Mr Yanukovich lost the election to liberal Mr Viktor Yushchenko but has said he would challenge the result even though he believes he has no hope of success.
