Tullow Oil today announced the start of production from the company's Schooner-10 well in the United Kingdom.
The well is the first to produce from the redevelopment of the Schooner-Ketch field in the North Sea.
The company also announced it was to close its Horne and Wren fields during the summer months of this and next year to maximise production during the more profitable winter months.
