LONDON - The British Agriculture Minister, Mr Jack Cunningham, said yesterday that his ministry would be radically overhauled in the wake of scandals over mad cow disease and food poisoning.
"This department, I hope, will be changed beyond all recognition in a period of months from now," he said.
