KAMPALA - Ugandan Christian fundamentalist rebels killed 22 soldiers and four civilians in an ambush in north Uganda on Monday, the Monitor newspaper said yesterday. The paper gave no number for rebel casualties in fighting at Kulu Otit, 19 miles south of the northern town of Gulu, between the army and Lord's Resistance Army rebels.
