The deputy leader of Uganda's Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) rebels said today he would not meet a request by mediators to attend peace talks in south Sudan's capital Juba, saying he feared arrest.

"Once I appear there I am going to be captured and put in The Hague," Vincent Otti, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court, said.

He said he wanted talks to continue outside Sudan
